Personal Injury -

No Charge. Contingency, if you don't get a recovery, neither does the lawyer. If you do receive a recovery, the lawyer receives a percentage. All costs are fronted by the lawyer.

Criminal -

Set fee depending on charge/charges and criminal history. There will be a retainer requested and the lawyer will bill hourly until the retainer is exhausted, then there will be fees for anything thereafter.
